Lydia Ledford has been part of the Buford basketball program since she was five years old, first coached by her mom and driven by a work ethic that pushed her to improve every time she stepped on the court.

As a senior point guard, Lydia reflects on her journey to earning a Division I opportunity at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, her game-day routines, and the bonds with her teammates that extend far beyond basketball.
