Buford Freshman Boys Take Down No. 1 Seed Berkmar – Place Second in Championship Game!
The Buford Freshman Boys have been on a mission, taking down tough opponents and proving their dominance throughout the 9th Grade 6A Tournament. After defeating Walnut Grove, Jackson County, and top-seeded Berkmar in the semifinals, the Wolves have secured their spot in the Championship Game against Parkview High School.
Buford’s roster was 7 vs 14 on the Parkview bench and Buford battled the entire game. No team held a strong lead, with Buford falling short as the clock ran out. This team has a lot to be proud of and we can’t wait to see these Wolves on the court next year.
